We have a fantastic opportunity for people to join as a trainee Property Consultant and develop in the Beresfords Academy with a view to joining one of our busy sales departments throughout Essex. No prior estate agency experience is required.

Salary & Benefits

£30,000 to £35,000 per annum, OTE. In addition to competitive rates of pay we also offer a range of additional benefits such as:

Duties (including but not limited to):

  • Working closely with prospective buyers and vendors to develop engaging client relationships.
  • Handling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process.
  • Sales progression
  • Work closely with inhouse Mortgage & Protection Advisors to support cross selling activity. Similarly with the internal lettings teams also.

Essential Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving License
  • Self-motivated and target driven
  • Personal integrity; hardworking, personable, professional, and commercially minded
  • Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Excellent communication skills
